Static Drying in an Industrial Drying Cabinet

Not all garments are suitable for a conventional dryer, which always involves mechanical movement. The drying cabinets are specially designed to dry clothing that cannot withstand the friction of the dryer drum, such as firefighting gear, diving suits, motorcycle gear, etc. The clothing is dried in the drying cabinet in a hanging manner. Drying without mechanical movement is gentler on fabrics and causes less wear. Industrial drying cabinets are used in nurseries, fisheries, fire departments, campsites, and more. The static drying cabinet operates at three different temperatures: high, medium, and low. Additionally, there is a retractable rack system available for hanging clothes in the dryer.

The drying cabinets are available in various capacities, from the smallest with a capacity of 4kg to the highest capacity of 20kg for firefighting gear. The drying cabinet system operates without mechanical actions, ensuring that any special membranes, zippers, and reflective bands are perfectly preserved. Two fans in the dryer provide a perfect balance between outgoing air and recirculated air.
